Candidate Profile

Kapitol Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic professionals who can maintain exceptional hospitality standards. Applicants should have:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role.
• Previous experience in premium restaurants, lifestyle venues, luxury hospitality, or social entertainment concepts is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Additional European language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Estimated Salary (AED)

Depending on the role and experience, expected monthly salaries may range between:

• Supervisor: AED 5,500 – 8,000
• Head Waiter: AED 4,500 – 6,500
• Waiter: AED 2,800 – 4,200
• Runner: AED 2,300 – 3,500
• Head Hostess: AED 4,000 – 6,000
• Hostess: AED 3,000 – 4,500
• Head Bartender: AED 5,000 – 7,000
• Bartender: AED 3,500 – 5,500
• Barback: AED 2,500 – 3,800
• Chef de Partie: AED 5,000 – 7,500
• Commis 1/2/3: AED 2,800 – 4,800
• Steward Supervisor: AED 3,800 – 5,500
• Steward: AED 2,200 – 3,500
• Housekeeping Attendant: AED 2,300 – 3,500

Final salary packages will depend on qualifications, previous experience, and interview performance.
