Al Ain – Full-Time Positions

The school is currently hiring:

1. Secondary Educators – Candidates with Science majors will be given preference.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicants should have:

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the subject area.
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent is preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for student learning and academic development.
• Ability to work in a collaborative educational environment.
• Previous teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, selected candidates will:

• Plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans and learning resources.
• Support students’ academic, social, and personal development.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate with parents when required.

Estimated Salary (AED)

Expected monthly salary ranges may include:

• Preschool Teacher: AED 4,000 – 7,000
• Primary Teacher: AED 5,000 – 8,500
• Secondary Teacher / Secondary Educator: AED 6,000 – 10,000

Salary packages may vary based on qualifications, experience, and employment type (part-time or full-time).
