Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining (Michelin/star-level is a plus)
- Expertise in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Languages: English essential; Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, or Chinese are highly desirable
