Job Requirements

QA/QC Engineer – Dubai

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in roadworks and utilities.
• RTA Dubai project experience is mandatory.

Site Engineer – Dubai

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in infrastructure and roadworks projects.
• RTA experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Site Engineer – Al Ain

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure and roadworks.
• ALDAR project experience preferred.

Project Administrator – UAE (Flexible Location)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ERP knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience handling project documentation and managing site teams.

Technical Engineer (QC Engineer) – UAE (Flexible Location)

• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry.
• Experience in concrete quality control, mix design, and technical operations.

Contract Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red, Yellow, and Silver Books.
• Experience in contract administration, claims, EOT, variations, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Mechanical Engineer – UAE (Flexible Location)

• 3–5 years of experience in water and irrigation projects.
• Knowledge of pump systems, hydraulic design, and pipeline networks.
• Experience with AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, and EPANET.
• TAQA certification will be an advantage.

Pipeline Foreman – UAE (Flexible Location)

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure pipeline projects.
• Knowledge of pipeline installation methods and construction equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site teams.
• Good understanding of workplace safety standards.

Estimated Salary (AED)

• QA/QC Engineer: AED 8,000 – AED 13,000
• Site Engineer: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000
• Project Administrator: AED 5,000 – AED 8,500
• Technical Engineer (QC Engineer): AED 8,000 – AED 12,000
• Contract Engineer: AED 14,000 – AED 22,000
• Mechanical Engineer: AED 7,000 – AED 11,000
• Pipeline Foreman: AED 4,500 – AED 7,000

Final salary depends on qualifications, UAE experience, and interview performance.
