Requirement
Purchase & Stores Officer
- Manage procurement of school supplies and materials.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Keep accurate records of purchases, quotations, and stock levels.• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing & inventory management (preferably in a school or similar institution).
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory software.
Maintenance Incharge
- Supervise and ensure smooth operation of all maintenance activities.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.• Diploma / Technical qualification in Maintenance or Facility Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building or school maintenance.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Admissions Assistant
- Support the admissions office in handling inquiries, applications, and documentation.
- Guide parents and students through the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate student records and coordinate with academic departments
- Assist in school tours and admission-related events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Education / Communications or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of school ERP systems preferred.
