- Proven experience in post-contract activities including variations, claims, and cost control – for QS role
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules
- Prepare cost estimates and support tender submissions
- Manage post-contract activities including variations, interim valuations, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget
