Current Job Opportunities
Bayaty Architects is currently hiring for the following positions:
- Resident Engineer (Civil/Architectural) – 15+ years of experience
- Electrical Engineer – 10+ years of site experience
- Mechanical Engineer – 10+ years of construction supervision experience
- Civil Inspector – 5+ years of site experience
- MEP Inspector – 5+ years of construction supervision experience
Work Location
Selected candidates will be assigned to projects located in:
Hameem & Khanoor, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, applicants should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or the related discipline.
- Construction supervision experience relevant to the position applied for.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines.
Candidates with previous experience on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or government projects will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Supervising day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitoring project quality and compliance with approved drawings.
- Conducting site inspections and preparing technical reports.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensuring work complies with UAE regulations and engineering standards.
- Identifying construction issues and recommending effective solutions.
