1. AC Technician

Candidates applying for the AC Technician position should have an ITI Certificate and 3 to 5 years of experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai.

Requirements:

• ITI Certificate is mandatory
• 3–5 years of relevant Dubai experience
• High-rise building experience required
• Candidates on visit or cancelled visas are preferred
• Immediate availability is required

2. Plumber

The Plumber vacancy is intended for experienced maintenance professionals who have worked on plumbing systems in high-rise buildings.

Requirements:

• ITI Certificate is mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience in high-rise towers in Dubai
• Visit visa or cancelled visa candidates may receive preference
• Immediate joining is required

3. Facilities Engineer

The Facilities Engineer role is suited to an engineering professional capable of handling multiple building services and coordinating maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management or Plant Engineering
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil and fit-out works
• Understanding of building automation systems and preventive maintenance
• Experience dealing with vendors, contractors and service providers
• Knowledge of safety requirements, compliance and building regulations
• CFM, PMP, OSHA or similar certifications are an advantage

Facilities Engineer – Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate may be responsible for:

• Inspecting and maintaining facility systems
• Troubleshooting building equipment and technical issues
• Monitoring preventive maintenance activities
• Coordinating contractors and external service providers
• Checking compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Preparing facility logs, status reports and related documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency
• Supporting reliable and safe building operations
