- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & HAP
- Fluency in English
- UAE experience preferred
- 2. Operations In Charge – Interior Fit-Out
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operationson interior fit-out sites
- Coordinate with designers, project & site engineers, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients
- Monitor project schedules, materials, labor, and site progress
- Resolve on-site issues quicklyto avoid delays
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–4 years experiencein operations or site management within the interior fit-out industry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, and MEP coordination
- Valid UAE Driving License required
- 3. HVAC Engineer
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & HAP software
- Fluency in English
- UAE experience preferred
