Who Should Apply?

The ideal candidates should have:

• Previous experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or five-star hospitality.
• A basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.

• A professional appearance with a guest-first attitude.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; Russian or Arabic language skills are required for the Hostess position.

Expected Salary (AED)

Salary packages generally vary depending on experience and the position offered. Estimated monthly salaries include:

• Hostess: AED 4,000 – 6,500
• Waitress: AED 2,800 – 4,500
• Junior Waiter: AED 2,200 – 3,500
• Barback: AED 2,300 – 3,600
• Housekeeping Attendant: AED 2,000 – 3,200

Additional service charge, tips, and performance incentives may apply based on company policy.
