Job Requirements

General Cleaner (Male Only)

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
• Basic communication skills required.
• Age must be below 38 years.

Truck Driver

• Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 4 is mandatory.
• Age must be below 43 years.

ECH Operator

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Reach Truck and Forklift.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 8 is mandatory.
• Age must be below 43 years.

HVAC Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is required.
• Good communication skills.

AC Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is required.
• Good communication skills.

Electrician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is required.
• Good communication skills.

Carpenter

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is required.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for any of the available positions, candidates must have previous experience in the same role they are applying for. Preference will be given to applicants who are currently on a visit visa or those whose residence visa has been cancelled and are available to join immediately.

• Candidates with above experience in the same role is mandatory.
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa will be given preference.
