1) Groups & MICE Manager (Dept. Head)

• Drive business growth in global markets with a focus on the MICE segment, including proactive sales and lead generation
• Demonstrated experience leading a team within the tourism industry, ideally within a DMC environment
• Full responsibility for the department’s P&L
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
• Hands-on experience in planning, managing, and operating groups/events from concept to execution

2) Sales Executive – Japan Market

• Develop business from the Japanese market, focusing on groups and MICE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and corporates
• Prepare proposals and negotiate deals to close profitable deals aligned with company targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
•  Japanese national required, with spoken and written English language skills
