Candidate Requirements

Candidates applying for these positions should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in the respective field.
• Experience with 220kV/400kV GIS projects for applicable electrical positions.
• Proven capability in handling TAQA Transmission requirements for the Electrical Project Manager role.
• Competent Electrical Engineer applicants must be a TAQA-T Competent Person for similar HV electrical activities.
• MEP Quantity Surveyor candidates should preferably be Electrical Engineers with extensive UAE substation or energy project experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, project execution, and technical coordination.
• Road and infrastructure experience is required for Civil Procurement Engineer and Quantity Surveyor positions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
