Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Account Receivable & Credit Supervisor: Previous hospitality industry experience in accounts receivable, credit control, invoicing, and financial reporting is required.
• Income Auditor: Experience in hotel revenue auditing, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial compliance procedures.
• Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen: Strong experience managing hot kitchen operations and maintaining food quality standards.
• Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen: Expertise in cold kitchen preparation, presentation, and food safety practices.
• Commis – Pastry: Basic to intermediate pastry preparation skills with knowledge of desserts, baking, and presentation techniques.
• Commis – Hot Kitchen: Experience assisting chefs with food preparation, cooking operations, and kitchen organization.
