Qualifications Required for Teachers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject
• If the degree is subject-specific, a valid Teaching Diploma or Certified Teaching License is required
• MOFA attested degrees
• IELTS Requirements:
• IELTS 6 for English-taught subjects (Math, Science, etc.)
• IELTS 7 for English subject teachers if non-native speakers
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the UAE (American Curriculum preferred)
• Career & University Guidance Counselor Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
• CPD as per ADEK School Career & University Guidance Policy
• Former or current teacher/educator
