- Supervise and support front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Welcome and assist residents with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and access coordination.
- Engage with children and families at the Kids Club, ensuring safety, fun, and memorable experiences.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to maintain excellence in daily operations.
