Cashier

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collect student and transportation fees in accordance with school policies
• Follow up with parents regarding outstanding payments
• Communicate with parents on fee-related matters, including cheque returns
• Maintain accurate daily records of collections and receipts
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational institution
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Accountant – Receivables

• Manage and monitor student fee and transportation fee receivables
• Follow up with parents for overdue payments
• Verify online payments through approved school payment platforms
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in the accounting system
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Accountant – Payables

• Process school expenses and supplier payments
• Manage purchases in compliance with the three-quotation procurement policy
• Perform bank reconciliations and cheque deposits
• Support payroll processing and maintain proper financial documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliation
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy
