Requriement For all Jobs

1. Civil Project Engineer

• Experience Required: 10–12 Years
• The selected candidate will oversee project execution, site coordination, technical supervision, resource management, and compliance with construction standards.

1. Foreman – General

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
• Responsible for supervising construction teams, monitoring daily site activities, ensuring work quality, and maintaining productivity targets.

1. Foreman – Finishes

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
• This role focuses on overseeing finishing works, quality inspections, contractor coordination, and project completion activities.

1. Chargehand – Finishes

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
• Chargehands support foremen in managing workforce activities and ensuring finishing tasks are completed according to project specifications.

1. Chargehand – Masonry

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
• Responsible for supervising masonry teams and ensuring structural and finishing masonry work meets required standards.

1. Chargehand – Tiles

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
• Candidates should possess experience in tile installation, workforce supervision, quality control, and site coordination.
